Next ISS Crew to Conduct Over 50 Experiments Aboard Russian Segment of Station
ISS-41/42 crew will hold more than fifty experiments aboard the Russian segment of the station, perform a spacewalk and maintain orbit blog on the Internet. The Commander of “Soyuz” Alexander Samokutyayev told this at a news conference in Star City.
According to him, many of the more than 50 experiments planned for the Russian segment, “have a good practical significance”.
“I would like to show the seamy side of life on board the space station,” the Russian cosmonaut said. All crew members noted that in spite of the political situation on the planet, everything is calm in space. “There are no boundaries in space, there are no boundaries at the ISS. We have one profession, we are doing a great thing for all the humanity,” Samokutyayev said.
