According to the information available, Belarusian pilots and technicians who will service these aircraft will go to Russia for training in January 2015. In addition, Belarus will continue purchasing upgraded models of equipment, especially electronic reconnaissance stations, from the Russian Federation.

It should be noted that the Belarusian Defence Ministry and Irkut Corporation concluded a contract for the supply of four Yak-130 combat training aircraft on December 18, 2012 in Minsk as part of the implementation of the agreement between Belarus and Russia on the development of military-technical cooperation.
