KRET Completed Modification of Avionics for Amphibious Aircraft Be-200ES


Concern “Radio-electronic technology” (KRET) (part of the state corporation “Rostec”) has completed work on the modernization of avionics amphibious aircraft Be-200ES; new avionics will be applied to the six aircrafts, which are currently produced by the order of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, a statement of concern reports.

“Certification tests showed a significant improvement in the technical and operational characteristics of the onboard equipment,” KRET said.

According to the CEO of the concern Nikolai Kolesov, “in the process of modernization of the Be-200ES we introduced modern features and avionics systems, advanced avionics central computing systems, peripheral sensors, intelligent control panels.”
