“Pautina” to Protect Russian State Objects from Hackers
Joint Instrument Making Corporation developed a set “Pautina” for the protection of important state facilities from hackers, CEO of Instrument Making Corporation Alexander Yakunin said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
“One of the large-scale developments of the defense industry this year is a hardware-software complex “Pautina”, developed by order of the Ministry of Defense. The complex is able to detect computer attacks in real time. Special sensors analyze traffic, and the system reflects the state of the protected equipment, the attack rate (critical, non-critical), objects and subjects of attack,” he said.
On assurance of the source, “Pautina” is protected from unauthorized interference in the work of the complex.
It was reported that at the present time, Russia is creating a national strategy for cybersecurity.
