Upgraded Missile-Target “Kaban” to Pass Interdepartmental Tests in 2015
The interdepartmental tests of a deeply modernized missile-target “Kaban” will be held next year, according to Interfax-AVN, citing a source in the military-industrial complex.
“The program of interdepartmental tests of upgraded missile-target of type “Kaban” provides performance of over five starts,” a spokesman said.
According to him, the upgraded missile-target “Kaban” is one of the most hard-to-hit. It is used for the creation of new anti-aircraft missile systems.
The agency’s interlocutor said that the upgraded missile-target “Kaban” possesses composite engine, scoring system and satellite navigation system GPS/GLONASS.
