Unmanned Airship DP-29 Ready for Pilot Operation


Dolgoprudnenskoe Design Bureau of Automatics (DKBA) prepared for the experimental operation the unmanned airship DP-29.

This was reported to Interfax-AVN by the DKBA CEO Victor Golubyatnikov.

“The complex with an unmanned miniature remotely piloted automatic airship DP-29 is prepared to conduct a pilot operation,” V.Golubyatnikov said.

He noted that the DP-29 has successfully passed the stage of production tests in the interests of the developer, confirming all the design characteristics. In particular, according to him, the DKBA worked technique and trained operators. “Currently we conduct demonstration flights of unmanned airship, shows of the complex in action”, he added.
