Installation of Equipment Started at Launch Pad for Rockets “Soyuz-2” of Vostochny Cosmodrome


Installation of the main technological equipment begins on the launch pad for rockets “Soyuz-2” at the Vostochny cosmodrome in the Amur Region.

This was reported to Tass by the press service of Spetsstroy of Russia. “At the initial construction it was completed the concreting of floors at the first stage of the unit “B”, made the main power constructive of launch pad and already removed scaffolding that supported the structure. Thus, the construction readiness of basic technological units of the launch complex is almost 100%, the press service said. For the installation of process equipment we transferred more than 70 rooms, including service cabin.”

Spetsstroy noted that construction had already received warm, and all work on the installation of the equipment, interior design and installation of engineering systems are maintained at a comfortable temperature.
