Aerospace Defense Troops in 2015 to Receive New Training and Combat Vehicles S-400


The troops of Aerospace Defense (ASD) in 2015 will receive new training and combat vehicles of antiaircraft missile systems S-400 “Triumph” and simulators of rocket and gun systems “Pantsir-S”, the spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry for Aerospace Defense troops Colonel Alexei Zolotukhin said.

“The training simulators of air defense missile-gun complex “Pantsir-S” in the classroom and mobile versions, as well as combat-capable machines of antiaircraft missile system S-400 will be deployed at the training center of anti-aircraft missile forces of the Mozhaiskiy Military Space Academy (Gatchina) and Yaroslavl branch of the Military Space Academy,” Zolotukhin said.

In addition, the Zhukov Military Academy of Aerospace Defense will receive a classroom version of the simulator complex S-400 “Tenor”, the Colonel added.

“In 2015 the troops of Aerospace Defense planned to receive about ten educational and training systems of different modifications,” Zolotukhin concluded.
