Russia’s Rosoboronexport is making arrangements to sign a contract for the supply of the Pantsir-S1 air defence systems to Brazil in 2015. This came in a statement by Deputy Head of Rosoboronexport Sergey Goreslavsky.

“We are currently conducting active negotiations with Brazil on the supply of the integrated security systems, including the Pantsir-S1 air defence systems. We hope to sign a contract for the supply of these systems in 2015,” Mr. Goreslavsky announced.

It should be noted that the integrated security system is a new product promoted by Rosoboronexport in the global market. The project includes air defence systems and Safe City systems. The new security system was tested during the Olympic Games in Sochi.
