Battle Railway Missile System “Barguzin” to Be Created in Russia

In Russia, at a new technological level it will be recreated a battle railway missile system (BZHRK), called “Barguzin” said the commander of the Strategic Missile Forces (RVSN), Colonel-General Sergei Karakayev.

“Creating of latest BZHRK is planned in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation. It is developed exclusively by enterprises of the domestic defense-industrial complex, embodying the most progressive achievements of our combat rocket,” the commander of the Strategic Missile Forces said.

According to the commander, “the newest complex will embody the positive experience of creation and operation of its predecessor – BZHRK with a rocket “Molodets” (RT-23 UTTKh, according to NATO classification – SS-24 “Scalpel”).”
