More than 40 Russian Companies to Take Part in Aero India-2015
41 Russian companies and organizations will participate in India’s main air show, Aero India-2015, to take place on February 18-22 in Bangalore. This information was presented by the Indian Defence Ministry on Tuesday.
The Russian companies that will attend the Aero India-2015 air show include Rostec, Rosoboronexport, Almaz-Antey, Russian Helicopters, United Engine Corporation, United Aircraft Corporation, Sukhoi, MiG and Irkut. The United States will be represented by 64 companies at the Indian air show, which will be attended by organizations from 33 countries, including Israel, Great Britain and France.
The Russian-Indian joint venture BrahMos Aerospace has also confirmed that it will attend the Aero India-2015 air show. The company will showcase a mock-up of its BrahMos-A supersonic cruise missile and a small copy of its future BrahMos-2 hypersonic missile.
